IMPORTANT! READ THIS ABOUT SHIPPING!!!
Please give us a business address to ship the package to instead of a house address. UPS usually delivers to business addresses much faster, and the package is less likely to be delayed or lost! If you don’t have a business address to ship to, then your home address is fine.

For Shipping within the 48 Continental US States please select the "UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 States" option at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO customers need to select the "UPS Ground Shipping within the 48 States" option and your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

CANADA: Please select the "UPS Canada Ground Standard" option at checkout.

International Orders must select the “UPS Worldwide Expedited” option at checkout.

  • How long does shipping take?
    UPS Ground Shipping takes about 7 days not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

  • UPGRADE to Faster Shipping
    You may choose to upgrade to 3 Day Select or Faster Shipping. The orders are shipped out the next business day after you order, and the next business day after it is shipped counts as the first day of shipping.

  • Tracking Your Package
    Once your package is shipped, you will get an email sent to the email address you give us on the order form. The email will have your UPS Tracking Number (don’t get this mixed up with your order number, which is emailed to you right after you order) You can use the UPS Tracking Number or your Order Number to track the shipment from the "Track Your Order" link at the top of any page.

    Make sure you give us your correct email address that you check often. Otherwise, we will not be able to help you track your package.

  • Shipping Delays
    Please remember to put your FULL address including the Number, Street, City, State and Zip Code and any other part of your complete address that UPS will need to deliver the box. If you just type in the street name and not the address number, we can’t ship it out. Also, please make sure and double check that your zip code is accurate. Some cities have several similar zip codes that only the last one or two digits are different. So, please make sure that you give us the correct zip code for your exact area, so that UPS doesn’t delay the shipment.

  • No PO BOX
    We can not ship to a PO Box, so please do not put a PO BOX for your shipping address. If your billing address is PO Box, don't forget to type in your street address in the "Shipping Address" section. If you give us a PO Box as the only address to ship to we WILL NOT be able to ship your order and it will be delayed until you contact us with a street address.
